Victims get nothing from Texas’s $8.8 million settlement with pelvic mesh manufacturer

Ben Martin Law Group and their client Jennifer Snowden are committed to spreading the word to women regarding the devastating pain and suffering that pelvic mesh products cause. Unfortunately, the fact that some transvaginal mesh products are still on the market does not mean they are safe. The FDA does not test or study these products, nor does it make a determination as to whether the products are safe or effective.
