Ben Martin and Caio Formenti cited for plaintiffs personal injury representation

DALLAS – Trial lawyers Ben Martin, founder of Ben Martin Law Group, and Caio Formenti have been named to the 2026 edition of Texas Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers: Rising Stars, respectively, for their accomplishments as plaintiffs personal injury attorneys.

Mr. Martin, the firm’s founder and an annual Super Lawyers selection since 2005, was recognized for general personal injury work on behalf of plaintiffs. Mr. Formenti was listed for his work in products personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs.

Mr. Martin has extensive experience in national multi-district litigation involving medical devices, including IVC filter complications, and state and federal pharmaceutical litigation. He has represented clients from all 50 states in case including medical negligence, defective machinery in oilfield accidents, and other cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death.

He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and National Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Formenti primarily focuses on litigation involving pelvic mesh products and spent the first four years of his legal career representing individuals injured by defective metal-on-metal hip implants.
