Katharine D. Kittrell
Katharine Kittrell is a dedicated advocate driven by her commitment to achieve justice for her clients. Her empathy for her clients motivates her to go above and beyond for their cases. Katharine is currently focused on mass tort litigation regarding pharmaceutical drugs. However, she has previously worked on a wide variety of litigation matters including, but not limited to, products liability, sexual abuse claims, First Amendment violations, and commercial litigation. Katharine thrives both inside and outside the courtroom. She has successfully advocated at trial for her clients who have suffered damages from medical devices. While outside the courtroom, she drafts and argues motions at every stage of litigation and engages in client development.
Katharine grew up in the Dallas area and although she attended out of state schools, she always knew she would return to her hometown. Katharine’s passion and empathy for others extends outside of work. She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) fighting for the best interests of children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, playing soccer, and cheering for Manchester United and the Dallas Cowboys.
