Catherine Marsden

Catherine Marsden is a passionate attorney who joined the Ben Martin Law Group in 2023 to focus on  transvaginal mesh litigation. Catherine is a native of El Paso who graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2018. She moved to Dallas shortly after, where she worked with a supplemental insurance company alongside the general counsel before transitioning her efforts to opioid litigation.

When she is not at work, Catherine enjoys visiting with friends and family and spoiling her dog, Taki. She also enjoys traveling, yoga, and cooking.
