The Law Offices of Ben C. Martin was created in 1994 by Ben C. Martin, a board certified specialist in personal injury trial law and civil trial law. The firm's appeals have been responsible for creating Texas appellate standards for the duties of guardians ad litem, outlining the responsibilities of on-call physicians in medical malpractice cases and detailing the responsibilities of insurance companies in bad faith cases. Its attorneys have successfully appealed medical malpractice, legal malpractice, defamation and commercial cases, and have won numerous jurisdictional contests in the federal courts in mass tort cases.

Mass Tort
The firm has settled thousand of cases involving the injury to or untimely death of those who have ingested or been subject to ingestion of dangerous pharmaceuticals.
