The Law Offices of Ben C. Martin was created in 1994 by Ben C. Martin, a board certified specialist in personal injury trial law and civil trial law. Mass Tort
The firm has settled thousand of cases involving the injury to or untimely death of those who have ingested or been subject to ingestion of dangerous pharmaceuticals. The firm currently handles cases involving Phen/Fen, Rezulin, Lotrinex, Baycol and Serzone, as well as cases of child autism arising from vaccines containing Thimerosal.
